Motor Insurance Training Executive & Learning Development

Job Description Conduct product and sales training sessions for new and existing agents, focusing on motor insurance. Develop and update training materials, presentations, and manuals aligned with company and insurer guidelines. Organize onboarding programs for new agents to ensure understanding of products, systems, and sales procedures. Collaborate with insurance partners and internal teams to maintain up-to-date product and process knowledge. Support agency leaders in identifying training needs and performance gaps among agent teams. Provide one-on-one or small group coaching to improve selling skills, product knowledge, and service quality. Monitor agent performance after training and arrange refresher sessions when needed. Coordinate training schedules, venues, and communications with internal departments and agency networks. Track training participation, feedback, and effectiveness metrics, preparing summary reports for management. Maintain strong relationships with agency teams to encourage continuous learning and performance improvement. Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirement Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in insurance training, agency development, or sales support (preferably in motor insurance). Strong knowledge of motor insurance products, coverage, and sales process. Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, and online training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, LMS). Insurance license (Non-Life) is an advantage.
