This role requires flexibility and professionalism, as you will represent our brand both locally and abroad. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance to clients in selecting jewelry pieces that reflect artistry and meaning. Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and personalized service. Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding luxury retail standards. Travel to Indonesia, Dubai, Hong Kong, etc., when required to support international operations. When not traveling, work at our shop lot boutique as a retail sales professional. Maintain showroom presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed to brand standards. Handle client inquiries, after-sales service, and returns with care. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry or luxury retail sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness and ability to travel internationally when required.
