As a well-established international property developer, we have successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of projects throughout Australia and Thailand. www.azurerich.com www.nebuworld.com www.argcapital.io www.clubnebu.com Job Summary As the Financial Controller , you will be responsible for leading the company's finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting strategic business decisions. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and international stakeholders, providing financial insights that drive business performance and sustainable growth. This role will also be responsible for establishing and leading a high-performing finance and accounting team, developing efficient financial processes, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards, and supporting the company's continued international expansion. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and supervise a small accounting team Prepare accurate and timely monthly management reports Conduct budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis Manage cash flow reporting, monitoring, and projections Monitor financial performance and provide meaningful management insights Develop, implement, and oversee financial policies, procedures, and internal processes Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls Liaise effectively with all stakeholders which includes the executive team, sales dept, investors, customers, and suppliers Support business decision-making through strong financial analysis and reporting Ensure deadlines are consistently achieved in a fast-paced environment Requirements Thailand resident with a minimum of 15 years’ finance/accounting experience Fluent in English, both written and spoken Strong leadership and team management capabilities Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong management accounting and analytical skills Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Excel Experience using Peak Accounting software an advantage Experience within the property and/or hospitality industry is highly desirable What We Offer Competitive salary package Opportunity to work closely with senior management and investors Supportive and collaborative work environment Career growth opportunities within a growing business Easy to access office for this position.
