Fashion Designer

We are looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Designer to join our Design team and help shape the next chapter of the DISAYA journey. Position Summary As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing seasonal collections that embody DISAYA's signature aesthetic while meeting commercial objectives and development timelines. You will collaborate closely with Creative Director and cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development process—from concept creation to final production. Key Responsibilities Design and develop seasonal womenswear collections aligned with the brand's creative vision. Research global fashion trends, colors, fabrics, trims, embellishments, prints, and silhouettes. Create mood boards, concept presentations, sketches, technical drawings, and design specifications. Develop new silhouettes and refine existing styles based on creative direction. Participate in fittings and product development meetings to ensure excellent fit, quality, and construction. Collaborate closely with Product Development, Pattern Making, Production, Merchandising, Sourcing, and Marketing teams. Select fabrics, trims, embellishments, and finishing techniques suitable for each collection. Ensure all technical packages and design specifications are complete and accurate before sample development. Review samples and recommend improvements to achieve the desired quality and aesthetic. Deliver collections according to seasonal calendars and development timelines. Maintain strict confidentiality of all collections, product developments, and creative concepts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Fashion Design, preferably within women's ready-to-wear, contemporary, or luxury fashion brands. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, technical expertise, and commercial awareness. Excellent understanding of garment construction, pattern development, fitting, fabrics, and manufacturing processes. Strong knowledge of fashion trends, textiles, and market movements. Highly creative with exceptional attention to detail. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple collections and work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Good command of spoken and written English.
