Senior Account Executive

We GNG Distributors Sdn Bhd is one of the leading tiles and mosaic supplier in Malaysia, we are looking for Senior Account Executive to be based in Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam , Selangor . Job Description Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations Perform month-end closing and prepare management reports Maintain fixed asset registers and monthly depreciation schedules Monitor debtor ageing reports and follow up on collections with the sales team Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers and regulatory authorities Manage company cash flow report and handle banking-related matters Handle accounting for multiple entities and ensure proper intercompany reconciliations Supervise junior accounting staff and provide support for management reporting Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management or superior Job Requirement Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in handling full sets of accounts Strong knowledge of month-end closing, financial reporting, and accounting processes. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with AutoCount accounting software will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
