About the Role We’re recruiting for an Emergency Assistance Coordinator within our Roadside Rescue Contact Centre . This is an opportunity to step into a role that goes beyond standard customer service . You’ll manage complex roadside assistance cases, provide expert guidance, and support the team in delivering exceptional service during critical situations. What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact for customers facing unexpected challenges. Handle inbound calls with empathy, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset. Manage cases from start to finish in our Incident Management System. Escalate complex issues and support other operational areas as needed. Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. What We’re Looking For: 4–5 years’ experience in a contact centre environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work on a 4-on / 4-off rotation roster Proficiency in contact centre systems and technology Must be a New Zealand or Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
