Private Client Manager As a Private Client Manager , you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with a portfolio of clients. Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, you will deliver exceptional client experiences, provide personalised service, and ensure the highest levels of client satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement across a luxury portfolio. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with clients, delivering exceptional and highly personalised service. Serve as the primary point of contact, developing a deep understanding of clients' preferences, lifestyles, and interests. Provide tailored recommendations and concierge-style support to enhance engagement and strengthen client loyalty. Curate bespoke experiences, including private appointments, exclusive previews, VIP events, and special client activations. Proactively engage clients to foster meaningful relationships and ensure an outstanding client experience. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and Merchandising, to deliver a seamless client journey. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years of experience in private client management, relationship management, luxury retail, private banking, wealth management, hospitality, concierge services, or other client-centric environments. Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and premium service standards. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills. Service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences. Highly professional, discreet, and capable of handling sensitive information with complete confidentiality. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is highly desirable. Flexibility to attend client events and travel occasionally as required. Preferred Background Experience within luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, beauty, automotive, private aviation, yachting, art advisory, wealth management, private banking, luxury hospitality, or other premium lifestyle sectors will be highly regarded.
