A bit about the role… We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Advisor to join our team on a six-month fixed-term contract . Reporting to and working alongside our Quality Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening and embedding our Quality Management System across the business. Rather than policing compliance, you'll partner with our project and site teams to build capability, provide practical guidance, and ensure quality is considered from preconstruction through to project handover. You'll work across a range of commercial construction projects, supporting teams to prepare Quality Management Plans, manage QA records in Procore, and provide advice during inspections, audits, and project reviews. A bit about you… You'll bring practical experience in quality assurance or quality management within the commercial construction sector, along with a genuine passion for helping others deliver quality work. You're someone who enjoys working alongside project teams, providing practical advice, improving systems, and finding better ways of doing things. You'll also be: Experienced in commercial construction; Fluent and confident using Procore; Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; Experienced in preparing Quality Management Plans; Experienced in developing, implementing, or improving Quality Management Systems; Confident coaching and supporting project teams in the practical application of quality requirements; Comfortable participating in inspections, audits, and quality reviews; Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail; A clear and confident communicator who enjoys building strong working relationships; Practical, collaborative, and solutions-focused; Experience working with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems would be a strong advantage; Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys partnering with people, takes pride in raising quality standards, and understands that great project outcomes come from building quality into every stage of delivery—not just checking it at the end.
