YOUR IMPACT & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Drive Daily Site Operations: Take full ownership of daily site fitting-out and installation works, ensuring smooth execution, high productivity, and adherence to project timelines. · Serve as On-Site Leader: Act as the primary point of contact on site, providing clear direction, energetic leadership, and proactive problem-solving. · Foster Collaborative Relationships: Liaise seamlessly between internal project management, clients, main contractors, and sub-contractors to build strong partnerships and maintain excellent site momentum. · Champion Craftsmanship & Safety: Proactively inspect work progress, guarantee top-tier workmanship quality, and stringently enforce site safety measures. · Coordinate Submissions & Meetings: Lead site progress meetings, coordinate specialized material submissions, and keep installation workflows synchronized. · Streamline Documentation: Oversee site logs, technical correspondences, and documentation with efficiency and precision. · Embrace Innovation & Growth: Tackle dynamic ad-hoc site assignments with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR · Qualifications: Diploma / Higher Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, or related technical disciplines. · Experience: 1–2 years of experience in site management or building services (experience in architectural fit-out or acoustic installations is a distinct advantage!). · Technical Agility: Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and layout details confidently. · Communication Skills: Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; strong interpersonal skills and active conflict-resolution ability. · Proactive Mindset: Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working hands-on in active construction site environments. · Digital Savvy: Proficient computer skills to manage documentation, site photos, and records efficiently. · Availability: Immediate or short-notice availability is highly advantageous.
