IT Project Manager

Job Responsibilities: Project Management Plan, design, and manage IT, Game Platform, Payment Gateway, Infrastructure, and Digital Solution projects end-to-end. Develop project plans, timelines, allocate resources, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery. Facilitate Solution Design, CAB, and Steering processes to align with company standards and policies. Stakeholder Management Coordinate across Business Units, Game Operations, Regional Offices, Vendors/Partner, and Internal IT teams. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to management and key stakeholders. Risk & Quality Control Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and execute issue resolution strategies. Ensure projects pass UAT, IT Security Testing, and Performance Testing before Go-Live. Vendor & Outsourcing Management Manage contracts, negotiations, and collaboration with vendors, outsourcing teams, and external partners. Monitor deliverables and enforce SLA compliance to maintain quality standards. Process & Documentation Prepare and maintain project documentation: Requirements, Technical Specifications, Test Results, and Project Closure Reports. Enhance project management standards (SOP/PMO Guidelines) to continuously improve delivery practices.
