JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Working closely with manager to maintain smooth daily operations Required to drive sales and customer satisfaction Team Management Building a strong customer relationship and brand loyalty Plan & arrange staff scheduling and deployment, performance management Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality and consistent customer services to visitors Ensuring house rules and SOP are followed at all times Inventory Management Managing and monitoring visual merchandising, maintaining an optimal inventory level and cost controlling Operations Improvement Liaising with manager in improving operations efficiency Monitoring and managing cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy; Proposing and working closely with relevant parties on marketing promotions Performing other ad hoc duties as and when required. JOB REQUIREMENT 5 days work week (According to assigned roster) Regular Working Hours: 10:30 to 19:30 (Occasionally) Night Shift on Friday & Saturday 13:30 to 22:30 (Occasionally) Pop-up Store Shift 09:30 to 18:30 (Occasionally) Early Shift 08:45 to 17:45 Prior experience in sales industry preferred At least 3 years working experience Proficient in conversational English & Mandarin Art enthusiastic & independent Good communication skills
