Job Responsibilities: Reviewing plans, system schematics, customer specifications, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates. Communicate and collaborate with other team members, managers, customers and suppliers. Provide project updates and supporting records to Project Manager and Sales Manager. Assist Project team to obtain / feedback info to customer. Handle & manage services related to customer requests & complaints. Traveling to customer sites as necessary. Field support or development when necessary. Ad-hoc support to management requests. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electronics Engineering. Min 1 year working experience in related field. Great interpersonal and communication skills with internal team, customers and suppliers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, planning and leadership skills. Project management and analytical skills. Willing to travel outstation and overseas. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering. Willing to work on weekends when required. Possessed own transport.
