Urgent Hiring (Multi headcount) Salary: Basic Salary + Shift Allowances Work Mode: 3 shifts Overall job objectives Able to perform Level 1 corrective and preventive services for all supported products (Systems & Slots) independently in Malaysia as well as overseas markets. Job Responsibilities Perform onsite level 1 corrective and preventive services for the assigned territories and within schedule. Ensure customer satisfaction with after-sales service by prioritizing issues based on severity and key customers. Responsible for Footprints ticket creation and regular updates. Guide and assist customer in resolving their issue via internal knowledge base. Ensure that issues are handled within the agreed service level agreement timeframe. Complete service reports for every support assignment and consolidate the reports for spare parts billing and inventory reconciliation. Build and maintain a good working relationship with customer during the visits, proactively identifying their underlying technical needs and communicating effectively on complex technical issues with the customers to build long-term trust and confidence. Job Requirements 1 - 2 years of professional experience in technical issue management in Systems and Electronic product. Degree in Software Engineering/IT/Computer Science or equivalent. Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage. Working experience in technical support. Demonstrate strong problem skillset. Demonstrate strong client handling skillset. High level of self-discipline for remote work arrangements. Work closely with L1 and L2 support teams in Malaysia and Singapore office. Able to travel overseas and other states in Malaysia. Immediate joiner will be given priority. Key deliverables Handle multiple issues concurrently. Solving problems in a logical approach.
