Your Mission As a Senior Product Development & Technical Marketing Executive , you will play a key role in driving product innovation from laboratory development to market success. You will collaborate with suppliers, customers, and the sales team to develop new products, create application solutions, identify market opportunities, and deliver technical expertise that supports sustainable business growth. What You'll Do 1. Product Development & Laboratory Innovation Develop, improve, and optimize product formulations and application formulas. Design and conduct laboratory experiments, product evaluations, and performance testing. Develop prototypes and customer application samples. Evaluate new raw materials and innovative technologies. Troubleshoot formulation and application issues to support customer projects. 2. Product Portfolio Development & Market Intelligence Build in-depth knowledge of assigned product portfolios, applications, and competitive advantages. Manage and continuously strengthen the product portfolio. Identify and evaluate new products that create future business opportunities. Monitor global market trends, consumer trends, ingredient innovations, and emerging technologies. Recommend new products and business opportunities based on market insights. 3. Technical Marketing & Business Development Partner with the Sales team to support customer visits and new project development. Deliver technical presentations and recommend product solutions to customers. Prepare Product Presentations, Technical Guides, Sales Kits, and supporting materials. Provide technical consultation to customers and internal teams. Support product trials and commercialization activities from concept to successful launch. 4. Supplier Collaboration & Strategic Partnership Work closely with local and international suppliers to introduce new technologies and innovative ingredients. Coordinate technical discussions, product development activities, and business opportunities with suppliers. Communicate market needs and customer insights to suppliers. Build strong long-term relationships with strategic business partners. 5. Knowledge Sharing & Technical Communication Deliver Product Training, Technical Training, Seminars, and Webinars. Share technical knowledge, product updates, and market trends with internal teams and customers. Develop professional technical presentations and training materials. Act as a technical ambassador representing the Creation Center. 6. Technical Documentation & Market Analysis Prepare technical documentation, product information, comparison data, and application guides. Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and new technologies. Collect and utilize feedback from customers, suppliers, and the Sales team to improve products. Support Business Reviews and Product Performance Reports. What We're Looking For Education Bachelor's degree or higher in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related disciplines. Experience 3–5 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Product Development Research & Development (R&D) Application Development Technical Service Product Management Experience in Cosmetic, Personal Care, Home Care, Specialty Chemical, or related industries. Experience working with B2B customers or international suppliers will be an advantage. Skills & Competencies We're looking for someone who combines scientific expertise with commercial awareness. You should have: Strong formulation and laboratory development skills. Good analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Business mindset with an interest in product innovation.
