Assistant Manager, Product (Life Insurance)

Job Description • Assist in the full product development cycle including market research, idea generation and evaluation, design and implementation, launch and promotion, as well as ongoing product management • Work closely with key internal stakeholders, including distribution channels, actuarial, IT, legal and compliance, and operations to ensure successful product launch • Conduct market research to identify product ideas to support business growth • Understand the product propositions and communicate product requirements to the respective stakeholders • Drive relevant system development and facilitate UAT • Prepare and coordinate sign-off for product materials • Participate in ad-hoc assignment as assigned Job Requirements • Degree holder in Business/ Marketing/ Actuarial Science or related discipline with at least 3 years relevant experience. • Good knowledge of life insurance product development and relevant regulatory guidelines • Proficient in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin • Independent and attentive to details, with good writing and interpersonal skills • Demonstrate initiative, commitment, and responsibility as a team member Attractive salary and fringe benefits, including 5-day work week, medical, life insurance, annual leave and training subsidies.
