About the Role We are looking for a Logistics Specialist - Chinese Speaking to support international logistics operations across Southeast Asia. This role is responsible for coordinating warehouse operations, transportation, customs processes, invoice verification, payment tracking, and cross-functional logistics activities while ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor warehouse, logistics, lifting/hoisting operations, customs clearance, and Proof of Delivery (POD) activities across Southeast Asia. Prepare and reconcile logistics billing, operational records, and related cost summaries. Manage accruals, payment requests, payment tracking, cost center allocation, and accounting reconciliation. Verify accruals against invoices to ensure accounting accuracy and timely settlement. Monitor invoice quality, identify operational issues, and drive corrective actions until resolution. Coordinate logistics schedules and support cross-functional communication between internal departments and external service providers. Maintain logistics documentation and operational reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and service quality. Perform other duties assigned by Management. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field. Good command of Chinese and English for daily business communication. Experience in international logistics, warehouse operations, customs, or supply chain management is preferred. Good understanding of logistics processes, transportation coordination, and shipping documentation. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
