Responsibilities: Maintain of customer pricing log. Obtain parts costing information from suppliers. Coordinate sample requests for customers. Support customers with environmental compliance documentation from suppliers or internal parties. Assist with customer account opening and master data setup. Coordinate agreement initiation with legal team. Work with marketing on costing for order processing. Communicate Product Change Notifications (PCN) to customers. Update customer information in system. Provide quarterly lead time updates to customers. Prepare and submit official quotations to customers. Handle Return Material Authorization (RMA) quality issues. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Electronics or related fields. Candidates with relevant working experience may also be considered. Preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience in electronics/semiconductor industry. Good command of English. Computer literacy especially in Microsoft Excel. Good communication and negotiation skills. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Positive mindset with good team spirit.
