Digital Performance Manager (Consumer)

We're hiring a Digital Performance Manager who thrives in a fast-moving commercial environment. You'll own the digital growth agenda - strategy, paid media, performance and continuous optimisation - and turn insights into measurable commercial results. Key Responsibilities Set and evolve the digital marketing strategy across paid, owned and partnership channels, keeping it tightly linked to commercial targets. Drive full-funnel campaign planning, budget allocation and real-time optimisation to maximise ROI. Identify and test new platforms, formats and technologies; scale what works and kill what doesn't. Analyse performance data rigorously and convert it into clear recommendations that improve results week to week. Build and manage relationships with agencies, platforms and technology partners to secure strong commercial outcomes. Stay ahead of platform changes, audience behaviour and digital trends, and feed those insights directly into strategy and execution. Requirement: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or similar 6+ years in digital marketing with a strong performance and media focus, ideally in high-tempo commercial or growth-driven settings. Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Fluency in Cantonese & English is mandatory
