About the Role As Club Manager, you'll be responsible for creating an outstanding first impression for every person who walks through our doors. Your role will include: Converting enquiries into memberships. Conducting club tours and consultations. Prospecting and generating new leads. Following up appointments and enquiries. Building relationships within the local community. Delivering an exceptional member experience. Supporting club operations and presentation. Assisting with local marketing and events. About You We're looking for someone who: Loves working with people. Is confident and enjoys sales. Is motivated by achieving targets. Has excellent communication skills. Is reliable and professional. Takes pride in maintaining high standards. Is passionate about health and fitness. Wants to build a long-term career in the fitness industry.
