SCB Julius Baer Securities Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee and drive all aspects of facility operations, engineering management, workplace safety, security, business continuity, and ESG initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, secure, and sustainable operation of the Company’s facilities and workplace environment while supporting business continuity, regulatory compliance, and employee experience. The successful candidate will act as the key focal point for all facility-related matters, leading operational excellence and continuous workplace improvement initiatives. The role aligns with facility management, engineering, safety, security, and ESG responsibilities currently defined within the HR & GA function. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage day-to-day facility operations, building services, and workplace infrastructure to ensure a safe, efficient, and professional working environment. Oversee engineering systems and building infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, access control, CCTV, and critical workplace equipment. Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure reliability, safety, and operational efficiency. Manage office renovation, fit-out, relocation, workplace improvement, and space optimization projects. Coordinate with building management, contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure service quality, compliance, and cost effectiveness. Lead workplace Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) programs, including fire drills, emergency response plans, risk assessments, safety inspections, and permit-to-work controls. Manage physical security operations, visitor management processes, access control systems, security personnel, and workplace incident response. Support Business Continuity Management (BCM), crisis management, and workplace resilience initiatives to ensure operational readiness. Drive ESG and sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, environmental programs, and sustainability reporting. Monitor facility budgets, contracts, maintenance expenditures, and capital improvement projects. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, building requirements, audit standards, and internal governance policies. Prepare management reports, operational metrics, risk assessments, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related fields. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Facility Management, Property Management, Building Operations, Engineering Management, Safety, or Workplace Management. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Corporate Headquarters, Office Buildings, or multinational organizations would be an advantage. Strong knowledge of building systems, engineering maintenance, fire safety systems, workplace infrastructure, and regulatory compliance. Experience managing contractors, vendors, maintenance programs, renovation projects, and workplace operations. Familiarity with Safety, Security, Business Continuity Management (BCM), ESG, and sustainability initiatives. Strong project management, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Good command of Thai and English in a professional working environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools. *This is a 1-year contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business requirements.
