Job Description: Handle full set accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and monthly closing. Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, staff claims, and financial reports. Maintain proper accounting records and documentation. Assist in audit, tax, and statutory compliance matters. Handle monthly payroll processing accurately and on time. Maintain staff attendance, leave, and HR records. Ensure payroll and HR matters comply with company policies and statutory requirements. Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by management. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field. Candidate with experience in full set accounts will be an advantage. Familiar with AutoCount or accounting software will be preferred. Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
