Collection Officer (Up to $28k, financial institution)

Our client is a licensed financial institution registered in Hong Kong, primarily specializing in digital finance and cross-border e-commerce lending services. Responsibilities: Perform collection duties on delinquent accounts Contact customers and handle billing or overdue repayment in an appropriate manner Negotiate with borrowers for repayment schedules Handle enquiries related to collection matters Perform daily duties in compliance with the internal code of conduct and external regulations Requirements: Higher Diploma or above, Degree holder preferred At least 3 years of debt collection experience in banks or financial companies Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese, prefer fluent speaking in Putonghua Proficient in MS applications including MS Word and Excel Contract period: 12 months Working location: Causeway Bay To apply for this position, please simply click on the “ APPLY ” button.
