【Job Description】 -Coordinate among sales team and the operation departments -Provide the quotations to customers -Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested -Store and sort customers’ database. -Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness -Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems -Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements -Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events -Ensure adherence to laws and policies 【Qualification】 -Bachelor Degree in Logistics or Marketing or Business Administration or related field -2 - 3 years and more experiences in Freight Forwarder as preferred -Good command of English -Ms office 【Allowance & Benefit】 -Accidental and Health insurance OPD/IPD -Provident Fund -Annual Health Check 【Working Hour】 Monday-Friday 08.30-18.00
