Your new role As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering workforce planning initiatives that support both operational and strategic business objectives. Working closely with operational leaders, workforce planners, HR teams, and project stakeholders, you will gather requirements, analyse current and future workforce needs, and help drive improvements to workforce planning processes, systems, and reporting capabilities. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into practical solutions while supporting the successful delivery of workforce planning projects within a complex mining environment.
