Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize all physical security systems, including CCTV, biometric access control, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and perimeter fencing across the site. Manage all aspects of Data Center physical security operations, including mantrap controls, server hall access governance, asset movement control, key management, and critical area protection. Lead the Physical Security Operations Center (PSOC), ensuring 24/7 monitoring, alarm management, incident escalation, guard force supervision, and continuous improvement of security KPIs. Lead crisis response activities including physical security incidents, workplace violence, protests, natural disasters, and business continuity events. Act as the ultimate commander and primary point of contact for high-level security breaches or emergencies. Lead complex investigations, deliver executive-ready incident reports, and enforce global corrective actions. Ensure compliance with customer security requirements, data center security standards, and local regulatory obligations. Guarantee that the facility fully complies with international standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS). Lead regular internal security audits, vulnerability assessments, and interface with external auditors. Direct and govern third-party security contracts, ensuring strict SLA enforcement and seamless adherence to security protocols during facility maintenance or upgrades. Conduct comprehensive Threat and Risk Assessments (TRA), pinpoint systemic vulnerabilities in the facility's posture, and pitch technical or procedural investment solutions to senior leadership. Conduct Security Risk Assessments (SRA), Threat & Vulnerability Assessments (TVA), and Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) reviews. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent military/law enforcement leadership experience). 8+ years of physical security experience within Critical Infrastructure, Data Center, Hyperscale, Telecommunications, Financial Services, or High-Security Facilities. Advanced, expert-level familiarity with enterprise-grade physical security platforms (e.g., Lenel, Genetec, S2) and enterprise visitor management architecture. Experience with enterprise access control, video management systems (VMS), visitor management systems (VMS), and integrated security platforms. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Based in Bangkok , with the ability to manage on-site emergencies and travel to facility sites as required. Experience in military, law enforcement, intelligence, executive protection, or critical infrastructure security environments is highly desirable
