Manufacturing Excellence Manager – Supply Chain (Manufacturing)

Role Purpose Lead and drive large-scale manufacturing transformation and performance improvement initiatives across multiple plants. This role translates business strategy into execution, delivering measurable impact through data-driven insights, operational excellence, and capability building , while strengthening long-term manufacturing competitiveness. Key Responsibilities Lead high-impact improvement initiatives across plants to drive efficiency, performance, and cost optimization Translate strategic priorities into practical, plant-level execution plans with clear governance and measurable outcomes Drive data-driven decision making and leverage digital tools to identify opportunities and improve performance Lead cross-functional problem solving to eliminate losses and improve end-to-end manufacturing performance Support and govern capital investment (CAPEX) programs , plant masterplans, and transformation initiatives Build capability of plant leaders and teams through coaching, frameworks, and best practice sharing Drive standardization, systems, and automation to ensure sustainable and scalable improvements Collaborate closely with Plant Managers, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to deliver transformation goals What We Are Looking For Strong experience in manufacturing excellence, operational improvement, or transformation roles Proven track record in leading large-scale projects or cross-plant initiatives Strong analytical capability with ability to leverage data and digital tools for performance improvement Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without authority Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capability High ownership mindset with focus on delivering business impact Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred) 10–12 years experience in manufacturing, engineering, or operational excellence Strong experience in continuous improvement, CAPEX projects, or transformation initiatives Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and influencing skills Ability to translate strategy into execution and drive results Experience in data analysis, digital tools, or data-driven improvement initiatives Why Join Us Drive transformation across a large-scale, multi-plant manufacturing network Lead initiatives with direct impact on efficiency, cost, and business performance Opportunity to work on data-driven and digital-led improvement programs Be part of a team shaping the future of manufacturing excellence
