HR Section Manager - Real Estate & Marine Logistics Business The HR function is structured into three key roles covering people strategy, talent development, and talent acquisition. The HRBP Manager leads HR operations and partners with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. The HROD Manager drives employee development through succession planning, capability building, and learning systems. The Recruitment Manager oversees hiring strategy and employer branding to ensure a strong and sustainable talent pipeline. Work Location: based in Bang Wua, Bang Pakong, Chachoengsao Working days: Monday to Friday. Required to work on-site on a daily basis. HRBP Manager Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficient HR operations, acting as a consultant on recruitment, development, and compensation. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business needs and organizational goals. Partner with executives as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters. Support employee retention and workforce effectiveness through strategic HR initiatives. Provide HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support management decision-making. Foster strong relationships and mutual understanding between management and employees. HROD Manager Design and implement succession planning, career paths, IDPs, skill certification, and training roadmaps. Conduct annual Training Needs Analysis to develop training plans and manage training budgets. Partner with line managers to identify capability gaps and create targeted development solutions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve learning initiatives. Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS). Prepare HRD reports and provide insights to support people development strategies. Recruitment Manager Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure efficient and timely hiring. Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning. Act as a trusted advisor to executives and line managers on recruitment and talent acquisition matters. Use recruitment data and analytics to support hiring decisions and improve recruitment effectiveness. Drive employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent and strengthen the company’s talent pipeline. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 5 – 10 years of experience in HR functions. Strong knowledge of labor law and related regulations. High maturity with strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills. Ability to communicate and work effectively with people across different cultures and organizational levels. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience in HRD, including LMS management and development of training materials. Ability to work in Chachoengsao.
