Shipping Executive

Responsibilities Handle stock transfer request, shipping planning/ schedule and review warehouse capacity usage Handle import and export shipping documents Handle shipping reports and monitor shipping schedule with overseas supplier and forwarder Monitor claim report status and ensure the claims are filed within the time limits Assist in stock take and audit preparation, implement variance investigate, etc Assist warehouse worker for ad-hoc project and daily operation Requirement Higher Diploma or above in Logistics or related discipline 3 years’ relevant working experience Able to work independently with strong analytical mind and good communication skills Proficient in PC skills including Excel Knowledge of SAP and WMS is an advantage Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, both written and spoken Our company is committed to providing equal opportunities to all qualified job applicants.
