About the Role We are looking for a Planning Specialist (Chinese Speaking) to support production planning and daily coordination across manufacturing operations. This role requires close communication with production teams, warehouses, suppliers, and Chinese-speaking stakeholders to ensure production plans are executed efficiently and on schedule. Key Responsibilities Prepare, monitor, and follow up on KD production plans. Coordinate production schedules and ensure on-time execution. Resolve production abnormalities and support daily operational issues. Provide verbal interpretation and document translation between Chinese and local teams. Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and suppliers to ensure production plan adherence. Monitor production progress and prepare reports for management. Support production planning analysis and continuous improvement activities. Perform other duties assigned by Management. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or above. Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written). Experience in production planning, logistics, or manufacturing planning is preferred. Automotive manufacturing experience is an advantage. Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. Able to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment. What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.
