We are looking for experience and establishing the testing standards and processes that ensure every new system integration meets our quality bar before going live. Responsibilities Develop and maintain integration SOPs, configuration checklists, and test case templates; establish a standardized framework for the team Design cross-module, cross-system integration test plans based on business requirements and system architecture (third-party provider APIs, payment/wallet fund flows, end-to-end data pipelines) Establish a Definition of Done, clearly defining pass criteria and the go-live sign-off (veto) process Produce test coverage reports and defect analysis reports to support go-live decisions Align with the development team to build a shared quality culture rather than an adversarial QA relationship Plan and drive the implementation of an automated regression testing framework Build and maintain a vendor/partner knowledge base capturing integration requirements, historical issues, and lessons learned Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in system integration, API testing, integration testing, or quality assurance. Familiarity with multi-platform integration processes; experience with payment gateway or digital wallet integration models (e.g., seamless/transfer-style architectures) is a strong plus Proficient in API testing, data flow testing, and end-to-end business scenario testing Familiar with test environment management and multi-environment configuration isolation Experience with defect management, test reporting, and quality sign-off Experience building automated testing frameworks Strong cross-team communication, standard-setting, and cross-team collaboration skills.
