Job Summary Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing and improving product quality from the customer's perspective. Acts as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement in product and process quality. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and complaints. Analyze customer feedback, returns, and warranty data to identify root causes of quality issues. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supplier quality) to investigate and resolve quality problems. Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) based on customer quality issues. Conduct customer audits and support customer visits related to quality matters. Monitor and report on quality metrics related to customer satisfaction. Support new product introductions by ensuring customer quality requirements are met. Facilitate communication between customer quality representatives and internal departments to ensure timely response to quality concerns. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve product reliability. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering, customer quality, supplier quality, quality control or quality engineering role. Strong knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and SPC. Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or relevant quality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships effectively. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable reports. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office and quality management software. Good command of English (TOEIC score is required). Additional languages (Japanese, Chinese, etc.) are a plus.
