System Analyst

PRTR is currently partnering with a leading logistics enterprise to hire a System Analyst to support their Logistics ERP systems, including Warehouse Management (WMS) and Transportation Management (TMS). Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements for Logistics ERP, including Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), and related business systems. Translate business needs into functional specifications and coordinate with developers and vendors to deliver system enhancements. Support system integration between ERP, WMS, TMS, and external partner systems while ensuring data accuracy and process continuity. Investigate application issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend effective long-term solutions. Support the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, SIT/UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support. Prepare system documentation, process flows, and test cases while contributing to digital transformation and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business System Analyst, or ERP/Application Support in logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or related industries. Hands-on experience supporting ERP, WMS, TMS, or other enterprise applications with a solid understanding of business processes. Familiarity with system integration concepts (API, EDI, middleware), SQL for data analysis, and functional testing (SIT/UAT). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business users, developers, and vendors.
