About the Role We are seeking an experienced Stamping Production Manager to lead stamping manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence. You will oversee production planning, KPI achievement, workforce management, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing performance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage overall stamping production operations to achieve production targets. Drive department KPIs, including productivity, quality, cost, delivery, and safety performance. Develop production plans and optimize manufacturing resources. Establish and continuously improve departmental regulations and performance evaluation systems. Implement Lean Manufacturing, BVPS, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop workforce capability through coaching, training, and succession planning. Manage employee engagement, retention, and manpower planning. Review recruitment, procurement, and project-related activities within the department. Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product quality and operational efficiency. Lead new project launches and support localization initiatives. Perform other duties assigned by Management. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive stamping manufacturing. At least 3 years of managerial experience leading production teams. Strong knowledge of stamping processes, die structures, metal forming, and production systems. Experience in KPI management, production planning, manpower management, and cost control. Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and automotive quality systems (IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA). Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and decision-making skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment. Good command of English; Chinese communication skills are an advantage.
