About the Role We are looking for a creative and passionate Media Designer - Chinese Speaking to develop engaging visual content that enhances corporate communications, employer branding, and company culture. You will be responsible for graphic design, photography, videography, post-production, and promotional content while working closely with Chinese-speaking and local teams to support business and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and produce graphic materials for internal communications, promotional campaigns, and company activities. Create video content, including filming, editing, motion graphics, and post-production. Plan and support corporate culture, employee engagement, and promotional activities. Capture photography and videography for company events, products, and manufacturing operations. Draft, edit, and review promotional articles, announcements, and communication materials. Ensure all media content aligns with BYD's corporate identity and branding standards. Coordinate with internal departments and Chinese-speaking stakeholders to deliver communication projects. Organize and maintain digital media assets, including photos, videos, and design files. Support employer branding initiatives through creative visual storytelling. Perform other duties assigned by Management. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or above in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Advertising, Communication Arts, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or a related field. Able to communicate in Mandarin Chinese for daily work. At least 1 year of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, video production, or related fields. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and InDesign. Experience in photography, videography, and video editing. Strong creativity with excellent visual communication and storytelling skills. Good writing, presentation, and content organization skills.
