About the Role We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and support the General Manager in driving business performance, operational excellence, and organizational development. This leadership role is responsible for aligning cross-functional departments, optimizing plant performance, developing local leadership capabilities, and ensuring sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities Support the General Manager in leading overall plant operations and executing business strategies. Drive manufacturing excellence across Stamping, Welding, Painting, General Assembly, Quality, Engineering, Administration, and EHS. Ensure production targets, delivery schedules, and operational KPIs are achieved. Lead quality improvement initiatives and strengthen operational performance. Manage plant-level operational budgets, cost control, and productivity improvement programs. Develop and implement workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives. Drive localization by developing Thai managers and strengthening local leadership capabilities. Promote Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the organization. Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and EHS standards. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while supporting strategic business initiatives. Represent the plant in cross-functional, regional, and global meetings. Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 15 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry. At least 6 years of senior leadership experience in plant operations, manufacturing, or a similar leadership role. Experience in multinational automotive OEM or large-scale manufacturing organizations. Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, quality systems, and EHS management. Proven experience leading large cross-functional teams and driving organizational performance. Strong financial acumen with experience managing operational budgets and business performance. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a strong advantage.
