We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Distribution Operations Officer / Senior Officer to support intermediary management and distribution governance activities. This role will work closely with Business Development, Legal and Compliance, Finance, and external distribution partners to ensure effective onboarding, operational support, commission administration, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities • Support the onboarding process for distribution partners, including intermediary agreement administration, due diligence coordination, and account setup. • Serve as an operational contact point for distribution partners on onboarding, account maintenance, and operational inquiries. • Monitor and manage distributor portal access, user account administration, and entitlement to product and promotional offerings. • Assist in commission and compensation administration, including commission validation, reconciliation, and resolution of exceptional cases. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of intermediary-related requests and operational issues. • Prepare due diligence materials and operational documentation for business counterparties, including brokers, banks, and trustee companies. • Maintain accurate intermediary records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. • Support ad hoc projects and departmental initiatives as assigned. Requirements • 1-5 years of experience in insurance operations, intermediary management, distribution support, compliance operations, broker administration, or financial services operations. • Good understanding of insurance distribution channels, intermediary management processes, and regulatory requirements is an advantage. • Experience in distributor onboarding, due diligence, commission administration, or operational control processes is preferred. • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and external partners. • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to prepare professional business correspondence and documentation. • Candidates with more experience will be considered for the Senior Officer position.
