Job Duties Gather and clarify business needs for data usage, reporting, analytics, and decision support. Work closely with Data Engineers and platform teams to translate business needs into clear data and functional requirements. Support data enablement activities such as data documentation, data discoverability, data usage guidance, and user adoption. Help improve trust in platform data by supporting data quality follow-up, issue tracking, and business validation. Coordinate with governance and business teams on data definitions, standards, and usage practices. Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, testing, and post-implementation follow-up. Support the team in data platform transformation and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements 7+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, data enablement, data platform delivery, data product services, or related roles. Experience working with data platforms, data warehouses, or enterprise data environments is preferred. Experience in financial services, such as banking, insurance, wealth management, or pension services, is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in business language while working effectively with technical teams. Sound understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata, reporting processes, and the relationship between business processes, data pipelines, and platform capabilities. Experience supporting data platform development, maintenance, or transformation initiatives is preferred.
