About the role Join our dynamic team at Top Link Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as a full-time Logistics Supervisor based in Sriracha, Chonburi. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all logistics operations, including import, export and customs clearance processes, to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of goods. What you'll be doing Implement and cooperate ISO 9001:2015 Implement and cooperate Safety management Implement and cooperate 5s management Manage and control the preparation of products in order to arrange the delivery correctly, complete and update at the time specified the customer.A15 Coordinate with other section in analyzing and correcting problems that in production planning in order to support the sufficient and appropriate to the needs of customers. Control the operations of employees to strictly comply with various standards Control costs and operations of the Shipping/Forwarder In bringing raw materials, equipment, machinery and inbound and outbound products out of the country correctly Complete in accordance with the terms and conditions Check and confirm that the incoming materials are in the correct quantity as specified on the delivery Note Data record for material inbound - outbound in system (Excel file) and check stock card update Contact shipping agent and forwarder together with oversea shipper for material delivery plan Confirm CY and RT and provide container, seal and cable seal Summary FG inventory report per each month and send the China's Account Control the employee to comply with safety, occupational health and environmental regulations in working acce standards. Suggesting, solving useful problems in order to make the operation as efficient and effective as possible Check the work of all employees to understand the role, their duties as well. Performance report, problems of the section to the Manager. Growing good conscience in being a part of the organization, working safety, quality teamwork Any other function that require by Manager.
