Overseas Immigration and Education Consultant

Job Responsibilities: • Provide professional study abroad consulting services to students, encompassing the selection of destination countries, as well as recommendations for universities and major； • Tailor unique and personalized planning & solutions according to students' academic backgrounds and career goals； • Provide guidance in preparing all necessary documents and materials for study abroad applications, such as personal statements, letters of recommendation, transcripts etc.； • Track students' application progress, liaise with target universities, coordinate and ensure the completeness and timeliness of application materials； • Provide guidance and support for students' visa applications, including preparation of visa materials and interview coaching； • Conduct research and regularly update on the latest admission policies, course information, and industry trends pertaining to Hong Kong and overseas institutions； • Understand clients' background requirements and provide targeted immigration plans. • Answer immigration questions promptly and handle immigration matters. • Maintain client relationships and track application progress. • Assist clients in preparing and reviewing immigration application documents to ensure they meet the requirements of relevant government departments. Job requirements: •University degree or above; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds; • Good written and spoken Mandarin, Cantonese or English skills; • Ability to multi-task and work independently under tight time constraints; • We also welcome QMAS, TTPS, IANG, CIES holders.
