Salary & Benefits: Monthly Salary: HK$25,000 - $30,000 (Commensurate with experience) Employment Type: Full-time, 5-Day Work Week Comprehensive professional training and clear career progression pathways Work Schedule (Shift Duties): 10:00 - 19:00 OR 14:00 - 23:00 Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Briefing Seminars: Host and lead structured information sessions for driver partners (approximately 2 sessions per day). Compliance & Process Guidance: Educate drivers on regulatory requirements, guiding them through the step-by-step application process to become legalized ride-hailing drivers. Query Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact during sessions to address inquiries, clarify processes, and resolve driver concerns professionally. Requirements: Professional Demeanor: Decent, highly presentable, and confident, with excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills. Language Proficiency: Fluent in both English and Cantonese (written and spoken) to handle daily operations and driver interactions effectively. Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complex regulatory information into clear, engaging, and easily digestible presentations for diverse audiences. Experience: Prior experience in event hosting, corporate training, premium customer service, hospitality, or the ride-hailing/logistics industry is a strong advantage.
