They are expanding aggressively in Thailand and Asia Pacific region. They are now looking for a Head of warehouse and logistics APAC who is very strong in warehouse management, transportation, logistics, and people management. Role Responsibilities: Manage the supply chain team in Thailand and other 4 countries in APAC consisting of customer service, logistics, warehouse, 3PL and ensure the various parts of this supply chain function work and cooperate smoothly to deliver expected result. Lead end-to-end upstream supply chain operations to ensure optimal customer service levels while maintaining efficient inventory performance. Collaborate closely with suppliers to enhance flexibility and responsiveness; drive continuous improvement in supplier performance. Optimize internal supply chain strategies to reduce logistics costs and ensure alignment with material delivery standards and processes. Oversee Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and SIOP processes to ensure timely order fulfilment in line with the Commercial Logistics Offer; coordinate with manufacturing to secure capacity and resources. Design and implement upstream and downstream supply chain flows for new product introductions (NPI), ensuring smooth ramp-up and market readiness. Proactively manage product lifecycle risks, including ramp-downs, phase-ins/outs, and obsolete components. Drive downstream operations to enhance customer satisfaction, improve inventory efficiency, and control transportation costs while adhering to logistics commitments. Ensure high inventory accuracy through robust cycle counting and proper storage practices, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Lead and develop warehouse teams to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives. Implement Lean Warehouse Architecture to optimize storage, improve workflow efficiency, and maximize space utilization. Attract, train, coach and develop to ensure all employees perform as expected and thus the highest standard service can be provided. Keep track of and control inventories to ensure healthy inventory turnover as well as accuracy and consistency of actual balance and booking number. Knowledge and experience: Thai speaking and English speaking (2 languages: Reading, speaking, writing) Bachelor’s Degree in any field. An MBA would be an advantage (but not necessary) Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in FMCG or Retails. Experienced in export to other countries. Strong analytical skills and being able to look at issues from different perspectives. Having a good balance of leadership and working in a team. Possess a solid understanding of the FMCG or Retails for industrial product industries. Possess a good command of English and have good Microsoft Office skills.
