HR Supervisor / Safety Officer

About the Role Are you a well-rounded HR professional with a passion for employee welfare and workplace safety? We are looking for a dynamic Safety Officer & HR Supervisor to lead our day-to-day HR operations while driving a culture of safety and compliance across our team! In this dual-impact role, you’ll be the bridge between employee experience, administrative excellence, and workplace health and safety. What You’ll Do Champion Workplace Safety: Act as our primary Safety Officer, driving OSH compliance, coordinating safety drills, reporting hazards, and promoting a secure work environment. Lead HR Operations: Manage employee records, onboarding, employment contracts, and day-to-day HR admin tasks. Support Our Team: Oversee timekeeping, payroll cut-offs, leave management, and assist with employee transactions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR, and HMO). Drive Engagement & Growth: Help organize employee events, support training needs analysis, and facilitate team development programs. Recruitment Coordination: Partner closely with recruitment to help schedule interviews, manage onboarding timelines, and align manpower needs. What We’re Looking For Education: Graduate of HR, Psychology, or a related course. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in HR operations/administration. Certifications: OSH (Occupational Safety & Health) Certification is highly preferred. Tech Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications.
