This is your chance to be at the heart of a project that will secure Auckland's water supply for generations. Reporting to the Manager - Document Control, you will own the document management process from transmittals through approvals. This will involve: Keeping our Aconex system humming and support the team with training and troubleshooting. Maintaining registers, enforcing standards, and ensuring every document is where it should be. Driving quality and compliance through audits and continuous improvement. Collaborating with contractors and consultants to keep everyone aligned. Ngā pūkenga e rapu nei mātou | About you To be successful in this role you will be a confident communicator. Your skills will also include : At least 3 years' experience in document control. Expertise in Aconex DMS. A proactive, detail-focused approach and a knack for problem-solving.
