Halal cum Customer Liaison Officer (3+3 Months Contract Renewable)

Job Summary: As a Halal cum Customer Liaison Officer at Polar Puffs & Cakes, you are required to build good rapport with customers. Leveraging the positive relationship with customers, while monitoring customer compliance of Halal requirements, you will assist in observing customer orders and strategically persuade customers to adjust the orders and boost sales. Job Responsibilities: Supplies Sales Conduct daily visits to various points of sale islandwide at petrol stations, convenience stores, supermarkets, hospitals and shopping centres. Develop and maintain positive working relationships, friendly and engaging service with customers, and assist in increasing customer order volume. Ensure standard operating procedures and upkeep of branding are followed through and maintained. Assist in the installation and decommission of equipment at various points of sale islandwide. Gather feedback/information from customers for internal discussion to resolve the matters. Help resolve customer complaints or issues and escalate when necessary. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Halal Liaison Officer Assist and support in all Halal-related matters within the company that includes: Support Halal Liaison Manager in managing all Halal-related matters in the company. Assist to ensure proper halal compliance according to Halal standards at Polar factories and retail outlets (will be assigned on as-needed basis) Job Requirements: Proactive and self-motivated Good problem-solving skills Adaptable and customer focused Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel is preferred Halal competency Assessment (HCA) certified will be an advantage ACTA/ACLP certified for halal training will be an advantage
