HR RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT

Advertise job openings through various sourcing channels, including social media platforms and online job portals. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews. Schedule face-to-face or virtual interviews with hiring managers. Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and employee 201 files. Facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, background checks, and completion of pre-employment requirements. Prepare, organize, and maintain employee 201 files and other HR records. Conduct TikTok Live Hiring sessions while ensuring compliance with TikTok community guidelines. Create, manage, and publish engaging content for the company's social media accounts. Assist in recruitment planning, hiring activities, and execution of recruitment strategies. Conduct initial interviews and assess applicants based on job requirements. Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers for final interviews. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage. Knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes is preferred. Familiarity with job posting platforms and social media recruitment is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Able to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Can work independently and with minimal supervision. Willing to conduct initial interviews and assist with recruitment activities. Experience in creating social media content and conducting TikTok Live Hiring is an advantage. Willing to render overtime when required.
