The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administrative operations of INSPI Group of Companies, GRA, Kaizen, all off-line stores. This includes employee relations, labor compliance, recruitment for warehouse/retail/store operations, compensation and benefits administration, timekeeping, performance management, contract and document control, policy development and employee consultation. Key Responsibilities Human Resources Management (Inspi Group of Companies, GRA, Kaizen, Offline Stores) 1. Employee Relations & Labor Compliance Handle all employee concerns, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and other relevant government regulations. Represent the company in DOLE inspections, hearings, and labor-related cases. Maintain harmonious labor-management relations. 2. Recruitment & Staffing Oversee end-to-end recruitment for warehouse personnel, retail store staff, administrative roles, and security personnel. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning. Conduct interviews, assessments, background checks, and onboarding. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, security agencies, and manpower suppliers. 3. Training & Development Identify training needs and create annual training plans. Organize internal and external training programs. Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records. 4. Performance Management Oversee KPI implementation and annual/quarterly performance appraisal cycles. Support department heads in setting measurable performance objectives. Implement performance improvement plans (PIP) when needed. 5. Compensation & Benefits Administration Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Oversee timekeeping and attendance monitoring; ensure proper documentation of leaves, OT, and shift schedules. Handle government benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) remittances and loan processing. Manage company benefits such as insurance, allowances, incentives, and bonuses. Maintain salary structure and conduct periodic salary benchmarking. 6. Contract & Policy Management Prepare, review, and monitor employment contracts, renewals, end-of-contract notices, and regularization. Ensure proper documentation and filing of 201 records. Draft, update, and implement HR policies, company handbook, and standard operating procedures. Ensure all employees acknowledge and comply with company policies. Monitor confidentiality agreements, non-competes, and company-issued assets (ID, uniforms, laptops, etc.). 7. Strategic HR & Admin Leadership Provide HR insights and recommendations to management for organizational planning. Analyze HR data (turnover, hiring trends, performance metrics) to support decision-making. Lead company-wide initiatives such as employee engagement programs, retention programs, and culture-building activities. Support change management and organizational development initiatives.
