We are looking for experienced and non experienced candidate who had interest in Human Resources field (Promotion system, career management, talent management, and employee engagement). Job scope: Promotion: Manage and development evaluation system to align with organization goal and analyze evaluation data and recommend improvements for employee performance. Career management : Design and manage training programs to prepare candidates for promotion. Talent management: Identify and evaluate candidates for promotion process based on performance and design and implement promotion process. Engagement: Contributes to building work culture. What we are looking for: Bachelor's or Master's Degree of Political Science, Law, Business Administration, Human Resource, Economics and other related At least 1 years of experienced in any related position Well understanding HR work flow Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
