Key responsibilities Provide practical legal advice and day-to-day support across commercial, operational, regulatory, and compliance matters. Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts and legal documents. Support compliance with applicable Thai laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist with corporate governance, compliance programs, and internal policy development. Coordinate with external counsels, regulators, auditors, and government authorities regarding approvals, licences, inspections, compliance matters, and regulatory submissions. Support the management of disputes, litigation, investigation, land-related matters, and regulatory issues. Support the implementation and ongoing compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and other applicable data protection laws. Conduct legal research and prepare reports, presentations, and training materials. Deliver compliance awareness training and promote a culture of ethics and integrity. Maintain legal records, contract databases, and other corporate documentation. Collaborate closely with business teams to identify risks and provide practical solutions. Undertake occasional travel to operational sites as required. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in law. Approximately 4–6 years' post-qualification experience , gained in private practice and/or in-house. Experience in three or more of the following areas: commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, real estate, infrastructure, natural resources, corporate law, or government-related matters. Strong written and spoken English and Thai, with the ability to communicate effectively with both legal and non-legal stakeholders. Experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements. Basic understanding of corporate governance and compliance principles. Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple matters simultaneously. High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams. Previous in-house experience is advantageous.
