Position Summary: 1) Provide support to team members during user requirement gathering with stakeholders, and moderate discussion among team members to bridge any communication gap. 2) Assessment of process changes and process change management. 3) Responsible to develop system solution for product utilization/optimization and will interface between business units, product engineering and backend sites. 4) As 1st level support of the issues reported by production for all the software sustained by the team. What You Will Do: 1) To support in-house product utilization system to optimization shipment. 2) Design and develop applications based on the requirements provided in C# .NET, MVC, MS SQL and well versed in SQL scripts. 3) Design test scenarios and perform black box testing for applications before deployment. 4) To support and enhance the existing Product Engineering analysis system. 5) To create and ensure training materials are ready before any new features deployment. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
