Bilingual Classroom Math/STEM Teacher - Primary & Early Childhood

About the Role We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate teachers to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire students to explore, think critically, and grow in confidence. We are currently seeking teachers who can deliver courses in the following areas : Mathematics and Chinese (Kindergarten to Year 6) STEM, Coding, and IT-related subjects The successful candidate will be experienced, qualified, and able to design and deliver lessons aligned with Spark Education’s curriculum guidelines and teaching philosophy. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging lessons in Math, Logic Thinking, and Robotics (using Spark Education curriculum). Teach Scratch 2.0-3.0 and basic AI & Robotics concepts through structured lesson plans. Providing learning feedback and guidance to students and observing their progress and development. Communicating with parents regularly about students’ learning progress and providing constructive feedback. Attending parent-teacher conferences and other related events as required. Maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment. Collaborate with centre managers and curriculum trainers for continuous improvement. Collaborating with other team members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in education, Early Childhood Education , Primary Education , STEM Education , or a related field. Recognised Teaching Qualification (e.g. VIT Registration for VIC-based teachers, or equivalent for other states). Experience teaching children aged 3-12 years in Mathematics , STEM , or Coding . Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for technology, innovation, and hands-on learning. Proficient in using educational technology and tools. Preferred / Highly Regarded Experience teaching Scratch 2.0-3.0 , LEGO Robotics , or similar visual programming platforms. Knowledge of AI & Robotics Education , and willingness to undertake internal training. Understanding of Singapore Math pedagogy or problem-solving–based logic curriculum. Other Requirements Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or ability to obtain one. Australian work rights (citizen, PR, or valid visa). Available for after-school and weekend classes . Completion of internal Spark Teacher Certification upon onboarding. Training & Support All new teachers will receive: Certified training under Spark Training Program.
